What you share

The request form asks for your name and email. You can also share your company, phone number, event plans, team preferences, budget, and planning notes. All event details are optional.

How we use it

When you send a request, we save the details so our team can review your plans, respond to questions, and prepare recommendations. Sending a request does not confirm a booking.

Your request by email

A summary is sent to our team and to the email address you provide. Our email delivery service processes those messages. Please check your email address before sending and include only information needed to plan your event.

What to include in your notes

Describe practical arrangements, such as step-free access or an on-site contact. Please leave out payment details, identity documents, medical records, and private information about your guests.

Questions or corrections

Contact us through the request form if you have a question about information you’ve shared or need to correct a detail. You can use the final notes field to explain what you need.
